Breakfast

  • Pancakes with maple syrup, home fries, eggs, melon, yogurt.
  • Oatmeal with soy milk, yogurt, nuts, raisins, maple syrup and pineapple.
  • Five grain cereal soy milk, nuts, raisins, maple syrup and apple.
  • Oatmeal with soy milk, nuts, raisins, maple syrup and fruit.
  • Pancakes, home fries and fruit.
  • Breakfast Burrito:  scrambled eggs, fried veggies, refried beans, salsa, cheese.
  • Stand by Breakfasts:  Granola, 5 grain cereal and Oatmeal, soymilk and yogurt.

Lunch

  • Bagels with chicken salad.
  • Bagels with cream cheese and lox.
  • Hummus, chips, salsa cheese,  green peppers, pita pockets.
  • Tuna in a pocket, cheese, cucumber.
  • Left over lentils.
  • Burrito: re-fried beans, vegies, cheese, salsa.
  • Tortilla and tuna, cheese, salsa and vegies.
  • Peanut butter, Nutella, Jam sandwiches.

Dinner

  • Cucumber, tomatoe and avocado salad & Fish Chowder: fish, potatoes, onions.  Biscuits with fish and as dessert with jam/honey.
  • Salad & Rice, Mango and Chicken Stir-fry.  Pineapple upside-down cake.
  • Pizza with red sauce and vegies and sausage.  Oatmeal  raisin cookies.
  • Rice and lentils with carrots and raisins and cumin and cheese.  Biscuits with the beans and as a dessert with jam/honey.
  • Burritos: fried vegetables, cheese, salsa, refried beans.  Pudding.
  • Rice and Black Beans with vegies and cheese.  Brownies.
  • Emergency Dinner:  Rice, canned black beans, vegies, cheese / pasta with sauce and vegies and falafel, pudding, biscuits with butter and jam.
